Savant Solar has a strong affiliation with the Buffalo Shines green vocational school. Training our dealers with skillful practices in safety, electrical wiring, advanced solar design and a solar sales/marketing course. Allowing our dealers to expand their business and to reach the goals of the organization is our mission. Creating a market for alternative energy will help build a green-collar workforce, reduce homeowners utility bills and create public awareness about renewable energy and energy efficiency.

Understanding the Balance of System
Our workshops will prepare our dealers to meet the industry standard criteria and get you ready to obtain your NABCEP certication. Assessing potential risks and creating a chain of events for your projects will insure that you job is completed properly.
Solar Electric Basic Training
This is an intensive course covering where we will learn how to site, design and install
both grid-connected and off-grid systems. We will discuss the solar resource for your site and discuss the problems associated with shading. Our class will go over saftey proccedures whille working with electrical components and working on roofs. After this course is completed you will understand the NEC code realated to solar pv, and the different methods of mounting a solar array.
